Responsibilities:
  • Provide counseling services to clients dealing with various mental health issues
  • Develop and implement treatment plans tailored to each client's needs
  • Maintain accurate and confidential client records in compliance with Medicare and private insurance
  • Stay current on best practices in counseling and therapy techniques
Qualifications:
  • Experience working with diverse populations, including geriatrics, active older adults with developmental disabilities, and those in need of behavioral therapy
  • Ability to maintain accurate and confidential client records in compliance with Medicare, Medicaid, and private insurance
  • Completion of state clinical counseling hours and able to provide counseling services without supervision.
  • Licensed professional counselor (LPC), or licensed mental health counselor (LMHC), or licensed marriage and family therapist (LMFT) in Kentucky
Our compensation is a productivity-based model (Fee for Service) that offers you control to maximize your income potential. Expected compensation is estimated range of $64,900 to $76,800 annually with no cap on productivity income potential.
