Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Physician Assistant (PA) to join our outpatient clinic. This position offers the opportunity to work with a vibrant community of seniors, primarily in the mid to late 70s age group, providing comprehensive care in a supportive environment.

Job Details:

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
• Patient Load: 8-12 patients per day
• Contract Duration: 3-month initial contract with an option to extend or transition to a permanent role
• Credentialing Time Frame: Approximately 3 weeks
• Local Candidates Preferred

Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality care to senior patients in an outpatient setting
• Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement patient care plans
• Conduct assessments, diagnose conditions, and prescribe treatments as needed
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
• Participate in community-related activities and serve over 200 participants

Qualifications:

• Valid Physician Assistant (PA) license in Pennsylvania
• Previous experience working with senior populations is highly desirable
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively within a team and independently
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
