  • Provide Comprehensive Care: Elicit patient histories, conduct exams, order labs, and manage chronic conditions with compassion and expertise.
  • Guide and Educate: Teach patients about their health and offer counseling, while also leading community education initiatives.
  • Team Leadership: Supervise LVNs, Medical Assistants, and Community Health Workers, ensuring top-notch care for every patient.
  • Hands-On Expertise: Perform core procedures like IUD placements/removals and prenatal ultrasounds.
  • Collaborate and Innovate: Participate in quality improvement programs, team meetings, and program evaluations to shape the future of women’s health.

  • Growth Opportunities: Engage in ongoing training, case management meetings, and contribute to program development.
  • Impactful Work: Serve as a key player in providing critical women’s health services to the LA community.

What We’re Looking For

  • Qualifications:
    • Microsoft Office proficiency (Word, Excel, Outlook).
    • Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a big plus!
    • Strong communication and customer service skills.
    • Reliable transportation and ability to travel between facilities (up to 10%).
  • Experience: Prior clinical experience is a bonus, but we welcome new grads eager to make a difference.
