Requirements:
· Board Certification: Eligible
· License required: GA LICENSE REQUIRED IN HAND
· Minimum experience required: Urology experience required
Credentialing Timeframe: 21 days
• OT: $ 1.5x normal rate
• Holiday: $ - 1.5x normal rate – New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day [00:00 – 23:59]
