Seeking a full-time experienced Urology Advance Practice Provider to join a practice in Western Indiana just 1 hour from Indianapolis.

The ideal candidate will have prior experience in both ambulatory clinic and be skilled in the surgery setting. Candidate would thrive in a fast-paced environment and be team-oriented. Provider will need to work collaboratively with physician to coordinate and deliver the highest quality of patient care.

• Clinic hours: Monday – Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
• Flexible full-time schedule
• Primary responsibilities include hospital rounding, assisting in surgery and clinic
• Potential for shared weeknight call after training
• Strong primary care referral base
• In-network specialty services: Urodynamics, in-office biopsies, in-office cystoscopy
• Collaboration in Operating Room working with DaVinci XI robotics
