Job Responsibilities

- Provide on-site clinical coverage at a trauma level 4 facility.
- Assess, diagnose, and treat patients in an emergency department setting.
- Manage an average of 30-70 patients per shift while ensuring efficient and high-quality care.
- Collaborate with nurses, specialists, and hospital staff to coordinate patient treatment plans.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records and documentation.

Qualifications

- Board certification or eligibility in Emergency Medicine, Family Medicine, or Internal Medicine.
- Active state medical license or willingness to obtain one.
- Experience in emergency or urgent care settings is preferred.
- Ability to work efficiently in a high-volume environment.

Working Hours

- On-site clinical hours only, no remote or on-call coverage.
- Shifts involve managing an average of 30-70 patients.
- Facility has 7 beds in the department.
