Position Details:
Role: Locum NP/PA – Urgent Care

Schedule: Flexible shifts, including weekdays, weekends, and possible evenings

Key Responsibilities:
Diagnose and treat acute illnesses, infections, and minor injuries.
Perform basic procedures, including suturing, splinting, and wound care.
Order and interpret diagnostic tests (e.g., X-rays, lab work).
Prescribe medications and provide patient education on treatment plans.
Work collaboratively with physicians and clinical staff to ensure quality care.
Qualifications:
Active NP or PA licensure in Virginia or the ability to obtain.
Experience in urgent care, emergency medicine, or family practice preferred.
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
BLS/ACLS certification required.
