Locum Urgent Care - FNP only - Needed in La Grande, OR
Top Hourly + Travel Expenses
Start: 3/1/25
End: 6/1/25 + Extension if provider agrees.
Credentialing: 60 days
Work Schedule: 8A - 6P four working days a week, NO CALL
Patient Volume: 20 - 40 patients per day
Walk-In / Urgent Care Setting
EMR: EPIC
License: OR
Certifications: OR license, ACLS or BLS, DEA
