Qualifications:

  • Educational Background: Master's or Doctoral degree in Nursing from an accredited program
  • Licensure and Certification: Current and unrestricted Nurse Practitioner license in Missouri (or willingness to obtain one). Certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner
  • Experience: One-year proven experience in urgent care or a similar fast-paced clinical setting, showcasing strong clinical and diagnostic decision-making skills
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with a patient-centered approach to care
  • Technology Proficiency: Proficient in using electronic health record systems, ensuring accurate and secure documentation
  • Commitment to Excellence: Demonstrate a commitment to delivering compassionate and patient-centered care, aligned with the values of SSM Health
