- Needing 2-3 days of locum coverage per week in December
- 3 days a week for Jan/Feb
- Shift times are 8a-8p
- Weekend Requirements: Yes, expectation is to rotate with other providers
- All ages seen
- EMR - EPIC
- Patients Seen:
- Cold and Flu Symptoms: Aches, Cough, Fever, Nasal Congestion
- Sinus and Allergy Symptoms: Itchy Eyes, Nasal Congestion, Nasal Discharge, Facial Pressure and Pain, Cough
- Conjunctivitis (Pink Eye)
- Diarrhea
- Ear Infections
- Eye Irritation
- Headaches
- Sexually Transmitted Diseases (STD)
- Strep Throat
- Insect Bites
- Rashes: Poison Ivy, Ringworm, Shingles, Scabies, Hives
- Minor Burns
- Minor Scrapes, Cuts or Bruises
- Minor Injuries: Sprains, Muscle Strains
- Nausea and Vomiting
- Joint Sprains
- Urinary Tract Infections (UTI)
- Board Certified/Board Eligible - Strong preference for BC or a set date for testing for taking the boards. Required
- MO state license - Required, no exceptions
- Covid Vaccination – Required
- DEA - Required
