Providence Clinical Network is seeking a full-time nurse practitioner or physician assistant to join the Tanasbourne Immediate Care clinic in Portland, Oregon. You’ll be part of a collaborative, value-based, and patient-centered care team made up of physicians, advanced practice clinicians and an outstanding support team. This is an exciting opportunity to join Providence's strong, mission-driven team while serving in the beautiful community of Hillsboro, Oregon.

Where You’ll Work

The Providence Clinical Network provides patients access to optimized ambulatory services with a consumer-centric and connected focus. The PCN Express and Urgent Care clinics are reducing barriers and creating a network of same-day care options that are easily accessible. By building out a network for ambulatory care, surgical services and imaging across Providence, the PCN offers ease, transparency and lower costs. This work is foundational to evolving the Providence delivery model to enhance the future of convenient care.
