Job Posting: Urgent Care NP

Start Date: As soon as credentialed
Contract Length: 3-6 months
Employment Type: Full-time locums

Shift Details:

• Schedule: 12-hour shifts, 8:00 AM - 8:00 PM, Monday to Sunday

Work Details:

• Patient Volume: 30 patients per day
• Responsibilities:
  • Provide care generally on an outpatient basis and pre-operative care for minor surgery typically performed on an outpatient basis.
  • Responsible for the delivery of care, treatment, and referrals.
  • Arrange for referral resources for medical specialties not provided by the organization for clinic patients.
  • Evaluate patients through physical examinations to establish a diagnosis and proposed treatment plan.
  • Perform clinical procedures within the scope and skill of the practitioner that are economically feasible.
  • Communicate information to patients regarding diagnosis and treatment goals.
  • Maintain accurate, complete, concise, and timely documentation in the electronic medical record.
  • Perform other job-related duties as assigned by the Medical Director.

Requirements:

• Board Certification: Required
• License: Active Washington (WA) license and DEA
• Minimum Experience: Urgent Care experience
