Job Posting: Urgent Care Physician
Start Date: As soon as credentialed
Contract Length: 3-6 months
Shift Details:
- Schedule: 8 AM - 8 PM
- 12-hour shifts, Monday - Sunday
Work Details:
- Patient Load: 30 patients per day
- Responsibilities:
- Provide care on an outpatient basis, including pre-operative care for minor surgery normally performed on an outpatient basis
- Responsible for the delivery of care, treatment, and referrals. Arrange for referral resources for specialties not provided by the clinic
- Evaluate patients to determine their medical condition through physical examinations, establishing a diagnosis and proposed treatment plan
- Perform clinical procedures within the practitioner's scope and skills that are economically feasible and beneficial to the patient
- Communicate information to patients regarding diagnosis and treatment goals
- Maintain accurate, complete, concise, and timely documentation in the electronic medical record
- Perform other job-related duties as assigned by the Medical Director

Requirements:
- Board Certification: Required
- License: Active Oregon (OR) license and DEA required
- Experience: Urgent Care experience preferred
