The Opportunity:

  • Join a dynamic team of physicians and advance practice providers to provide critical care medicine to a high acuity, community, tertiary referral hospital.

  • We provide 24/7/365 services for critically ill patients and pulmonary consultations with physician collaboration, support and oversight.

  • The team is motivated to provide the highest level of evidence-based critical care for a growing and energetic hospital system.

  • Schedules are a mix of day/night, with 12-hour shifts

  • Opportunities to serve in process improvement and education to critical care clinicians

  • Provide critical care specialty services—neuroscience and cardiovascular (surgical and advanced cardiac support)

FTE: 1.0, Shift: 12-hour shift; variable, Schedule: Mon - Sat

Salary Minimum: $136,984 - Salary Maximum: $185,795

Requirements

  • Washington State Nurse Practitioner license by the time of employment
  • DEA, NPI & Prescriptive authority
  • Current BLS for Healthcare Providers certification by the American Heart Association

Pay and Benefit Expectations

We provide a comprehensive benefits package, including competitive salary, medical, dental and retirement benefits and paid time off. As required by various pay transparency laws, we share a competitive range of compensation for candidates hired into each position. The pay scale is $136,984.00 - $185,795.00 USD. However, pay is influenced by factors specific to applicants, including but not limited to: skill set, level of experience, and certification(s) and/or education. If this position is associated with a union contract, pay will be reflective of the appropriate step on the pay scale to which the applicant’s years of experience align.
