Seeking an innovative, reliable and flexible nurse practitioner who enjoys working with a supportive and caring group of healthcare professionals and desires a work life balance with schedule flexibility! Come join our team of three nurse practitioners and serve a local population of approximately 35,000 residents in beautiful rural Eastern Oregon.
Compensation and Benefits:
Very competitive total compensation opportunity (143k+)
o RVU production bonus opportunity based on annual threshold
o Quality incentives up to $16k annually
Commencement bonus of $20,000
$8,000 annual CME, licensing, dues, subscription + paid CME time
