Family Nurse Practitioner – Urgent Care

Location: Amarillo, TX

Weekend Coverage - Saturday-Monday

Seeking a Family Nurse Practitioner to work in an Urgent Care setting in greater Amarillo, TX. Experienced Providers preferred but would consider a Provider with ER RN | EMT | Ex-Military-Trauma)

The Provider would work collaboratively with another Provider and Physician in an Urgent Care setting and an Affordable care clinic.

The schedule is Saturday -Monday (10:00am-6:00pm) and the provider would see 20-22 patients per day on average.

The Provider would function independently but with collaborative support of a Physician and APRN.

The provider will see all ages in an urgent care |walk in setting with some occupational medicine |work related injuries. This would provide overflow support to the adjoining emergency room. The provider would see patients with urgent but non emergent care including; colds, flu, headaches, lacerations, sprains etc.

This location is ideal for a Provider interested in working in an acute care setting.

The Base Salary is negotiable $100,000 to $120,000 with WRVU BONUSES to $125,000-$140,000+ with excellent benefits package including Medical, Dental, Vision, LTD-STD, 401K with match, and life Insurance 5 weeks of vacation per year, plus CME allowance of $1,500 and 5 days of paid CME. Signing bonus and full relocation package of $5,000 with paid receipts is part of the package.
