Job Requirements:

• 1 year experience in Telehealth - REQUIRED
• Active state licenses in 8 or more states (excluding AL, AR, IN, LA, MS, OK, PA, SC, and TN) - REQUIRED
• 30 to 40 hours availability per week - REQUIRED
• Board certified NP - REQUIRED
• Weight Loss experience - PREFERRED
• Psychiatry / urgent care Experience – Preferred
