Medical Center in ID is in need of a Trauma Surgery APPs to help cover 18-20 shifts per month, ongoing. The credentialing timeframe is 90 days.

Details:

• Shifts vary -7a-7p, 7p-7a. 7 on/7off availability would be preferred
• Not doing daily rounding on patients, just responding to traumas
• EMR: Epic

Please make sure you have the following items readily available for your provider at the time of acceptance in order to expedite the credentialing process

• MD diploma
• Internship/residency/fellowship certs
• All medical licenses
• DEA
• Board Certification
• Life support cards- BLS
• Current and previous certificates of insurance
• Driver’s license
• Professional color photo/headshot
• CMEs for the past 2 years
• Immunization records including TB, Flu, HepB, Tdap, Varicella, and COVID
• References
• Case logs

• NCCPA/AANP- Required
• Active ID license or IMLC - Required
• ACLS - Required
• Local candidates, no flights - Preferred
• Must have previous Trauma experience to be considered.
