Coverage Needs:
- Full-time or part-time coverage starting as soon as credentialed and ongoing through December 2025
- 12-hour shifts, both DAY and NIGHT shifts available
Assignment Details/Requirements:
- Reason for Coverage: Need additional support at facility
- Number of Providers Needed: looking for multiple providers
- Privileging Timeline: ~30 days for temporary privileges with clean malpractice and background
- Requirements: Board Certified, active Arizona license or IMLC, trauma experience
- Facility Information: >525 staffed beds, >106,000 annual ER visits
- EMR: Cerner
