Requirements:

• Board Certified (ANCC AANP NCCPA) – REQUIRED
• Active VA License – REQUIRED; no exceptions
• BLS/ACLS – REQUIRED
• CLEAN BACKGROUND – REQUIRED
• Immunization – Influenza – Current Flu Season; COVID; TB / QuantFERON TB Gold; MMR – REQUIRED TO NOTE CONFIRMATION AT TIME OF NAME CLEAR
• NO NEW GRADS; no exceptions
• COI coverage of $2.6M/$7.8M (VA statute limitations) – Required if requested by the facility
