Kadlec Regional Medical Center is seeking a full time Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to join their seasoned General Surgery team. You will work closely with one dedicated surgeon while benefiting from the collective expertise of three highly experienced surgeons in the group. The role includes a 1:1 clinical onboarding process with the surgeon, as well as robust support from administration. The team has a long-standing history of retention, with providers staying for years—one for nearly two decades. Once fully trained, the position offers complete autonomy, with responsibilities including patient management and referral to surgeons as needed. This is an opportunity to serve a diverse patient population and make a meaningful impact in healthcare while working in a supportive and collaborative environment.
