Cardiac Surgery Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant (NP/PA)
StartDate: ASAP Available Shifts: Regular 10;On Call Pay Rate: $111.55 - $120.75

This facility is seeking a Cardiac Surgery Physician Assistant (PA) for locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need.


Details and requirements for this opportunity:

  • Schedule: 10 hour shifts (7a-5p)
  • Taking call in the OR only (no ICU Call) weekends and weeknights
  • 3-5 shifts per week, for at least 3 months once credentialed
  • 70% Cardiovascular Operating Room; 30% Floor/Clinic
  • Setting: Hospital
  • Types of Cases: Adults, Cardiac surgery, open heart surgery, post-operative management, endoscopic vein harvest (first assist) to support coronary artery bypass graft and valve repair/replace, Transcatheter aortic valve replacement
  • Credentialing Timeframe: 90-120 Days
  • Must Have an Active Michigan License
