- No rounding, update problem lists on all new patients, "put out fires", at night, work with ICU
- 60 patients possible at night but do not have to do primary care, night shift is more low-key than days

- Requirements
- Board Certified APRN with ACNP Certification or Enrollment in Post Masters ACNP program within one year of hire
- At least 1 Year Trauma Experience
- No first assisting required
