Requirements:

• Board Certified (NCCPA) – REQUIRED
• Active OH license – Highly Preferred
• ACLS
• BLS – REQUIRED
• Fellowship Trained in Plastic Surgery (will not ACCEPT new grads!) – REQUIRED
