• Position is primarily outpatient clinic with some inpatient rounding at Providence Saint John’s and occasional OR Assist
• Minimum 1 year surgical experience as a Physician Assistant
• Minimum 1 year surgical experience as a Nurse Practitioner and RNFA required
• Monday through Friday schedule - 40 hour work week
• No nights, weekends, or call
• This position is not primary OR First Assist, but has opportunity of backup OR Assist
• Provider should be team oriented and flexible; someone who thrives on ‘not every day is the same’
• Long term opportunity that offers growth potential
• Compensation is between $154,124 and $201,522 per year
• Full benefits package including health/vision/dental insurance options, PTO accrual, CME allowance and time off, retirement benefits and malpractice coverage.
• The posted salary reflects the starting range of total compensation and may include productivity bonuses, incentives related to quality and performance, hospital/ED call stipends, extra shift incentives, and other forms of cash compensation as applicable to the position. In addition, providers typically receive a CME allowance and other benefits offered by their medical group employer. Please note that this salary range is provided in accordance with State law and is subject to variation due to the factors noted above.
