Clinical Role:

    • October 1, 2024 – November 1, 2024
    • 07:00 – 05:00
    • November and December dates will be available
    • Cardiovascular/Critical Care/Intensive Care
    • No Call
    • Inpatient Setting
    • Up to 15 Patients Per Shift
    • 15 Beds in Facility
    • Facility will accept multiple providers
    • Admissions Required
    • Hospital Stroke Certified
    • Board Certified – Required
    • Must have AZ License/DEA
    • Trauma Level IV
    • ACLS, BLS Required
    • EMR: Cerner
