Job Responsibilities

Respond to calls with a 7-minute response time.
Manage a patient volume of approximately 1 patient per call shift, with an admission volume of 1.
Provide call coverage on a 1:4 ratio, with an expected 2 calls per shift.
Handle codes and rapid response situations in accordance with hospital protocols.

Qualifications

Active California medical license.
Board Certified
Current certifications: ACLS, BLS, ATLS.
Experience in trauma care at a Level II or Level I trauma hospital.
Proficiency in using EMR systems, specifically Cerner.

Working Hours

24-hour call, 8:00a.m to 8:00 a.m
