• Department Description: Provide coverage for operative work, outpatient clinic visits, and inpatient rounding
• EMR: EPIC
• Hospital Bed Size: 448 beds
• Skills Required: Experience with thoracic and robotic surgery

Requirements:

• Board Certification: PA or CNP with RNFA
• License Required: Ohio
• DEA: Yes
• Certifications Required: RNFA for CNPs
• Minimum Experience Required: 1 year

Credentialing Timeframe: 90-120 days
