- Clinical Information:
- Nocturnist needed to assist in Trauma Surgery
- Call responsibilities: Carry pager for Trauma/ISS Team
- EMR: EPIC
- Patient Volume: 25
- Special procedures: General Surgery, Ortho,Trauma
- Required:
- CV must be in Month / Year format
- Must have license in hand at time of submission, or proof that the license application has been submitted
- Any gaps greater than 30 days will require an explanation on the CV
- DEA must remain in state to maintain privileges. Provider must be willing transfer and maintain DEA in state for the duration of privileges being active, or obtain a new in state DEA to remain in state for the duration of privileges being active
- Current Flu Vaccine
- Must be fully vaccinated for Covid 19
- Exemptions only allowed for religious or medical reasons, once approved by the facility.
- Active IN License
- Active DEA or easily transferrable DEA
- Must be board certified or board eligible
