• Friday: 8:00 AM - 12:00 PM
• Weekend Rounding: Saturday & Sunday with call
  Weekend Call:
• Call starts at 4:30 PM on Friday and ends at 8:00 AM on Monday

Key Responsibilities:

• Practice Setting: Outpatient office, with potential weekend hospital rounding.
• Call Ratio: 1/6-7
• Patient Load: Average of 12-21 patients per day.
• EMR System: Epic
• Supervision: Physicians are available on-site during office hours; weekend rounding may require physician consultation by phone or in the ICU.
• Procedures: No office procedures required.
• Patient Demographic: Adult and Geriatric patients.
• Autonomy: Provider will work autonomously in the office setting.

Requirements:

• Board Certification: Required (ANCC, AANP, NCCPA, CNP, or PA)
• License: Must hold or be willing to obtain Ohio state license.
• Certifications: ACLS, BLS required.
