Requirements:

• Board Certified (ANCC AANP NCCPA CNP OR PA) – REQUIRED
• OH license (will accept for those who are willing to obtain) – REQUIRED
• BLS and ACLS – REQUIRED
• Only accepting trained/experienced NP/PA – REQUIRED
