Nurse Practitioner Job Summary

The Nurse Practitioner will be responsible for providing comprehensive medical care to to patients. This role involves conducting patient rounds, assessing patient conditions, developing treatment plans, and collaborating with the interdisciplinary healthcare team.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct daily patient rounds to assess patient conditions and progress.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans in collaboration with the physician.
  • Prescribe medications and treatments as needed.
  • Collaborate effectively with other healthcare professionals, including nurses, therapists, and social workers.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.

Qualifications

  • Licensed and certified Nurse Practitioner in the state of Missouri
  • Experience in Pulmonology is a MUST
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team
