We are seeking a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) who is interested in a permanent position in Brooklyn, NY. The NP will provide high quality medical care to adult & pediatric patients on a scheduled and unscheduled basis. This is a full-time position with comprehensive benefits, including NHSC student loan repayment.

All benefits covered by 1199 SEIU
Continuing Education (CMEs) - $1,500 reimbursable towards expense, 5 days paid CME days.

Responsibilities:

• Provides high quality health care screening through interview and examination of adult & pediatric patients
• Chart review
• Works with the other members of the medical team to promote and maintain high quality medical care for the patients.
• Participates in telephone on-call schedule as needed.
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Certified Family Nurse Practitioner
• BC/BE preferred
• 8:30a-430p 4 days per week; 12p-8p 1 day per week; 1 Saturday per month
• FQHC experience is a plus
• Experience and/or training in a community health center setting
