Integrated Telehealth Partners (ITP) connects Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner's to hospital emergency departments, psychiatric hospitals, inpatient psychiatry units, rural health clinics, and other outpatient facilities. In addition, the ITP network provides crisis management to help patients find the best level of care in the market, which increases access to coordinated care and decreases patient wait times.
Job Responsibilities
• Patients per day 3 to 4
• No call
• Dynamic support to team that you would be part of and supported by
• Working with two of our clinics
Qualifications
• Child & Adolescent experience required
