*Excellent Support staff including additional NPS, nursing and administrative staff.

*Active AZ License with DEA or Willingness to Obtain

*Willing to accept experienced providers or New Grads.

Compensation: Competitive Salary with comprehensive benefits. Entry level range is between 140-145K, based on experience and education. Sign on bonus and relocation stipend/assistance available!
