Salary and Benefits

• The base pay for this position is $110,000 - $120,000
• Quarterly bonus based on production

• Mileage Reimbursement – 62.5 cents per mile

Responsibilities

• Monday – Friday (8:00am – 5:00pm)
• Servicing the Fort Myers and Port Charlotte areas
• Providing Psych Medication Management
• Behavior Management
• Provide routine GDR/Psychotropic meetings
• Baker Acts
• Skilled Nursing Facility Setting

Requirements

• Clear and Active PMHNP Licensure in the state of Florida
