Job Details:

• Fully Outpatient clinic setting
  • 32 contact hours/week
• Hours: Monday-Friday, 8a-5p. NO nights/weekends/holidays!
• Flexibility to choose between 0.8-1.0 FTE (32-40 hours/week)
• Opportunity for telehealth
• Patient-focused team of support staff
• Excellent onboarding program

Minimum Qualifications:

• Graduate of a nationally accredited Physician Assistant (PA) or Nurse Practitioner (NP) Program
• Current PA/NP licensure in Wisconsin
• Nurse Practitioners - PMHNP certification
• Physician Assistants - Psychiatry QAC
• Ability to see peds/adolescents is a plus!
