Mon-Fri business hours, 40 hrs./week max
Needs an active Massachusetts License
Description of Work Assignment: Daily rounds on 12-16 patients (admissions, discharges, and daily rounds). Attend treatment team. Participate in FPPE/OPPE as required. Attend in-house court for hearings as cases require
Breakdown of Clinic Days/Sessions and/or OR Days: 24/7
Inpatient Facility
What drugs will be administered onsite: A variety of psychotropic and/or medical medications
Patient Load 16
Will the patients seen be new or existing: Combination – 12 existing daily, and any admissions that replace discharged patients from that caseload of 12
Age of patients: 18+
Case Load: 16
Will Accept Experience Over Fellowship
Board Certification in General Psychiatry
AHA BHS, CPI (can be provided by the facility)
Is the provider working solo or with other providers: If so, whom: Treatment team – nursing, social work, activities therapy, techs, utilization management
Are there mid-levels: If yes, is the locum’s provider responsible for mid-levels: Yes – no responsibility for the locum to supervisor
Trauma Level of Work Location: Low-Moderate – inpatient psychiatric unit
EMR System: Hybrid paper records/electronic ordering system. Medications/ancillary orders are in HCS
