Compensation: $105/hour
Location: New York, NY
Schedule: 3 Days/Week, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM OR 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM
Responsibilities as the Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner (Part-Time):

Responsibilities as the Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner (Part-Time):
- Psychiatric Care: Conduct psychiatric assessments and evaluations for clients.
- Medication Management: Prescribe, monitor, and administer psychotropic medications as needed.
- Crisis Intervention: Provide crisis intervention services during business hours and consultation during off-hours.
- Team Collaboration: Lead and participate in clinical case conferences, team meetings, high-risk discussions, quality improvement, and evidence-based practice initiatives.
- Care Coordination: Communicate with the Department of Health and Mental Hygiene regarding Assisted Outpatient Treatment (AOT) cases and provide required status updates.
- Documentation: Complete clinical and administrative documentation via the Electronic Health Record in accordance with regulatory standards.
- Licensure: Active Nurse Practitioner license in New York required.
- Certifications: Current NPI, DEA, Medicare, and Medicaid certifications required.
- Experience: At least 2 years of Clinical experience, with a preference for expertise in mental health or substance use disorder treatment.
- Language Proficiency: Bilingual in Spanish is highly desirable.
- Skills: Exceptional clinical and communication skills, with a collaborative mindset for working effectively within an interdisciplinary team.
