Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP)

Salary and Benefits
• Salary Range: $110,000 - $145,000+
• Student Loan Repayment: Up to $110,000

Responsibilities
• Flexible Scheduling: 5-Day or 4-Day Work Week Options Available
• Provide comprehensive psychiatric evaluations and medication management for children and adults in an outpatient setting
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including primary care physicians, nurses, and psychologists
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans focusing on holistic, patient-centered care
• Provide counseling, crisis intervention, and psychosocial support
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the EMR system (EPIC preferred)
Requirements
• Clear and Active PMHNP License in the State of Missouri
• Certification as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC)
• Master's or Doctorate Degree in Nursing with a Psychiatric Specialization
• Experience in outpatient or integrated care settings preferred
• Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care
