Clinical Details

• Complete intake histories and physicals and annual physicals
• Administered on site - Suboxone and Subutex
• 7 patients per day
• New and existing patients
• Adult patients -- 18+
• Solo provider most days

Requirements

• Board Certified or Board Eligible
• Active TN License
• Agrees to participate actively in performance improvement, risk reduction activities with regard to developing goals, assessing needs, including, but not limited to, patient safety and professional competence, as needed for ongoing improvement of clinic services
• BLS
