- Salary: $140,000-$145,000 annually (based on experience)
- Sign-on Bonus: $10,000 ($5,000 after orientation, $5,000 after one year)

Job Responsibilities
• Conduct comprehensive psychiatric assessments and manage a full caseload of clients.
• Prescribe and manage medications, including emergency consultations as needed.
• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team to ensure integrated patient care.
• Maintain detailed and compliant electronic health records.
• Participate actively in quality assessment and improvement activities.
• Engage in regular clinical meetings and fulfill administrative duties as assigned.
• Provide care for patients of all ages and address a wide range of behavioral health conditions.
Qualifications
• Licensed Advanced Practice Nurse in Colorado, with prescriptive authority
• Graduate degree in nursing and psychiatric/mental health certification
• Experience with multi-disciplinary teams in integrated care settings
• Comfort with behavioral health conditions and substance use disorders
• Valid Colorado driver’s license and CPR/First Aid certification
• Computer proficiency and strong communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
• Two years of supervised psychiatric experience
• Advanced knowledge of psychopharmacology and psychiatric nursing principles
• Spanish language skills
