We are excited to announce an exceptional opportunity for an NP Psychiatrist to join our dynamic team at Beckett Springs Behavioral Health Hospital, located in West Chester, OH. With our volume steadily increasing and a commitment to providing exceptional care to our patients, we are seeking a dedicated NP Behavior Medicine to cover our 24-bed adult unit and contribute to our mission of promoting mental wellness in our community.
Job Description:
The selected Behavioral Health NP will be responsible for providing comprehensive psychiatric care to adults admitted to our 24-bed unit. With our average length of stay at 10 days and a consistently high occupancy rate, the successful candidate can anticipate a stimulating and rewarding caseload. Responsibilities include conducting psychiatric assessments, developing and implementing treatment plans, and collaborating with our multidisciplinary team to ensure the highest quality of care.
Additionally, the Behavioral Health NP will be expected to provide on-call coverage for at least one weekend per month IP rounding cold be adults as well.
PMHNP certification is required and experience with Geriatric patients is a plus.
