Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with psychiatrists, psychologists, and social workers to ensure holistic patient care.
Educate patients and their families about mental health conditions, treatment options, and coping strategies.
Complete detailed, accurate documentation in patient charts, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
Participate in mental health crisis management and provide support for patients in acute psychiatric distress.
Stay current with the latest psychiatric care practices, treatment modalities, and research developments.
Qualifications:
Board-Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) with active licensure in Tennessee.
Experience in psychiatric settings preferred, but new graduates with clinical experience are encouraged to apply.
Strong clinical judgment and ability to assess, diagnose, and treat a variety of psychiatric conditions.
Excellent communication skills with patients, families, and interdisciplinary team members.
