- California (San Diego & San Francisco areas),
- Minnesota (Minneapolis area),
- Illinois (Skokie area), or
- Wisconsin (West Allis area).
This is a full-time, Permanent role with a full benefits package.
Job Type: Full-Time, onsite.

Job Description:
We are in search of a Psych NP for full-time, ongoing onsite Provider who is either local to or willing to relocate to one the following States:
We are also looking for a Provider willing to travel between Washington, Oregon and California to provide coverage - A Permanent Locum of sorts, with a bit higher pay to reflect that.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- California (San Diego & San Francisco areas)
- Minnesota (Minneapolis area)
- Illinois (Skokie area)
- Wisconsin (West Allis area)

Roles and Responsibilities:
- Conduct detailed patient assessments, including medical history, physical examinations, and mental health evaluations.
- Collaborate with the treatment team to develop and implement individualized care plans, emphasizing evidence-based interventions and medication-assisted treatment (MAT).
- Prescribe and manage medications for addiction and other health conditions, monitoring efficacy and side effects.
- Provide ongoing patient education and counseling on substance abuse, health maintenance, and disease prevention.
- Medical management is conducted in collaboration with other health care team members, such as clinical staff and other patient care team members to ensure a coordinated and comprehensive approach to patient care.
- Master's degree or Doctorate Degree in Nursing as a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner
- Experience in psychiatry hospital or a clinic required
- Min 2-3 years of experience working in Psychiatric setting
- Current license to practice as a Nurse Practitioner in CA, IL, MN, & WI.
- Active DEA License in home State.
