Requirements to apply:
Medical Degree: A master’s degree from an accredited Nurse Practitioner Program
Experience: A minimum of 2 years of experience
Certification: PMHNP Certificate and a valid and current DEA Registration
Preferences: Geriatric experience preferred
Valid State Driver s License with a clean DMV record and copy of recent Vehicle Insurance required
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner to join our La Quinta, Riverside, and San Jose, CA Team!
Job Overview
Conduct psychiatric evaluations, diagnoses, and treatments, offering care on-site as required. Collaborate with ESP interdisciplinary teams, advising on psychiatric issues, including medication use and non-pharmacologic interventions. Serve as a liaison during psychiatric hospitalizations, providing clinical recommendations. Deliver psychotherapeutic counseling and conduct therapy groups collaboratively. Work independently with medically, psychiatrically, and socially complex older adults across various settings. Collaborate effectively in an interdisciplinary team.
