Due to tremendous growth, this amazing organization is seeking an additional PMHNP. Are you looking to join the most comprehensive rural crisis continuum in the State of Indiana? The outpatient psychiatric teams participate in multi-disciplinary care with therapists, addiction recovery providers, care coordinators, certified medical assistants, and more.

Opportunity:
• Open to discussion of 4-day, 32 hour work week
• Position is a direct care position, opportunity to precept for NP students
• Must practice across the lifespan youth through adults
• Practice with suboxone, vivitrol, and MAT protocols, preferred
• Enjoy a great work-life balance with the option of a hybrid on-site/tele schedule (in-person days/location negotiable)
• Work with a passionate and supportive CMO and wonderful nurse practitioner team

Requirements:
• Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner licensed in the state of Indiana (or ability to be licensed)
• Must be open to all patient populations within a critical access community mental health setting

Compensation/Benefits:
• 140K+ earning potential
• Lucrative and competitive compensation package, retention bonus, and RVU/quality bonus
• PTO 20 days and CME: $1,500 + 5 days
• Potential student loan repayment and relocation bonus negotiable
