Hospital Behavioral Health Clinic is seeking an innovative, dynamic and flexible nurse practitioner who enjoys working with a supportive and caring group of healthcare professionals and desires a work life balance with schedule flexibility! Come join our team of 2 full-time physicians and 2 full-time nurse practitioners as well as wonderful team of LCSW’s and serve a local population of approximately 35,000 residents in beautiful rural Eastern Oregon.
Compensation and Benefits:
Very competitive total compensation opportunity (125k+)
o RVU production bonus opportunity based on annual threshold
o Quality incentives up to $10,000 annually
Commencement bonus of $15,000
$8,000 annual CME, licensing, dues, subscription + paid CME time
