· Day coverage needed

· Adult male population

· Diagnose and treat acute, episodic and chronic illness

· Prescribe all necessary medications and treatments

· Perform comprehensive physical examinations of patients

· EMR: CERNER

SCHEDULE:

· ASAP for 52 weeks

· Mon-Fri 40hrs/wk (could possibly do 4 tens)

REQUIRED:

· WI state license; active, unrestricted

· DEA

· BLS

· PMHNP – Certified

· 1 to 2 years’ experience
