Seeking a full-time Psychiatric nurse practitioner to join a growing psychiatry program for Bay Area Hospital serving the beautiful coastal communities of Coos Bay and North Bend. You will be joining a 13-bed acute care facility as part of a strong and well-established team consisting of a Family Medicine physician and community Psychiatrist. The position involves working in an inpatient setting where you can expect cases involving addiction, anxiety schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, obsessive-compulsive disorder, post-traumatic stress disorder and co-occurring disorders across patients of all ages. This is an exciting opportunity to help build up a strong, community-oriented psychiatric program that serves patients throughout the entire southern coast of Oregon.

Bay Area Hospital offers a comprehensive range of diagnostic and therapeutic services to patients across Oregon’s southern coast. The hospital’s services include medical, surgical, pediatric, critical care, home health, outpatient and acute inpatient psychiatric, oncology, obstetrics and more. The hospital features a Level III Trauma Center and has an accredited Cardiovascular Imaging Center, Cancer Center, Sleep Study Center, Radiology and Mammography Imaging program and Metabolic and Bariatric Surgery program.
